A. When off and heating the water?
The noise is the same as a circulating pump for a fish tank in ones home. Very quiet.

B. When running?
When jets are on you hear the swirling of the water but the noise level is minimal and controlled and approved through testing that no noise pollution is being emitted.

2. Where are the jets? How many?
There are 127 air jets welded into the entire circumference of the spa. This is gives one a massage from the lower of ones back up and over their shoulders.

3. Are the jets adjustable?
They are not adjustable this is a one speed operation.

4. How is the floor?
The floor is a flat cushion surface. There are no hard surfaces to sit on the put additional pressure on ones body and to allow for free movement to be able to do low impact water exercises.

5. Does the outer part of the hot tub get filled with air ? water?
The Spa 2 Go is filled with air. The Spa-N-A-Box is a solid product that is assembled the same as if you were putting shelves into an entertainment center. There are no tools required.
